Trained as a physio, I quickly collided with a reality: we treat people when the pain or excess weight is already there. Rarely before.
After demanding university studies in Belgium, twelve months of immersive specialization in Australia, and several years spent in advanced rehabilitation in Switzerland, I made a deliberate career choice.
I wanted to focus on what lasts. I decided to stop just putting out clinical fires, and start teaching my patients how to prevent them.
I fight for everyone to remain the main actor of their body, not the spectator of their own decline.
Today, I exclusively coach active individuals aged 50 to 65. A stage of life where we don't want to endure our bodies: neither the dull aches that settle in, nor the excess weight that accumulates silently, nor that background fatigue that ends up dictating our personal choices.
My philosophy is simple: movement is not a punishment. It is, on the contrary, the most underestimated and powerful tool to stay in control of your own life.
